Structure of awm style 2464 cable:
For awm style 2464 cable, construction shall consist of two or more single conductors, twisted pairs, or groups of twisted single conductors — all twisted together. Alternatively, single conductors or groups of single conductors may be laid in parallel, forming a flat, oval, or round cable. Lay length is unspecified. A barrier layer and/or fillers are optional. The manufacturer shall maintain full documentation of each cable assembly. Conductors may be of the same or mixed AWG sizes.
