A harness is a combination of wires and cables used to transmit information signals or operating signals. The binding material of the wire harness includes clamps, cable straps, sleeves, electrical tape or a combination of such materials.
Wiring harness assembly process
1, the production of wire harness sub-material number must be compared with the positioning plate to determine the size of the cutting line. Process requirements for wiring harness assembly
After the wiring harness is processed and assembled, all the wiring harness should be parallel and cannot be moved. However, the cord or belt should not jam the wire.
When inserting a PIN or welding, the core wires should not be twisted together, but should not be too tight.
During cabling, the terminals, HOUSING, D-SUB, IDC, and CONN of each component number must be consistent with the labels on the positioning board.
Each sub number wire must be arranged according to the route on the positioning plate.
When tying, the rope should move vertically from the bottom of the tying ring.
The harness should be tightly tied and the tail should not exceed 1mm
When tying the rope, the distance between the two binding rings should be about 25mm, and the tail of each rope should be kept about 10mm when tying the rope to the end.
Each rope should be knotted at the beginning and end.
Do not loop or wind the rope when tying it. Do not clamp the connector to the positioning nail. Pull the cable, fix the cable end to the positioning nail, and then bind the cable. Otherwise, the core wire of the terminal may be pulled or the terminal may fall off.
Quality standard for wiring harness assembly
After the wiring harness is assembled into finished products, it is necessary to test the wiring conductivity of the wiring harness and ensure that the conductivity is 100% and there is no short circuit, short circuit and wrong circuit phenomenon.
